As long as I'm located in Russia, and I'm a Huawei user, it's impossible for me to use the paid version from Google Play Store.

Please note that the purchase of OsmAnd+ (standalone app) cannot be automatically linked to an OsmAnd Cloud account.
In such cases, we add the data manually. For this, we need the following information:
The transaction/order number (for Amazon it looks like D01-…, which you already included).
Your OsmAnd Cloud email address (Menu → Settings → OsmAnd Cloud).
Once verified, we can manually link your Amazon purchase to your Cloud account so you can continue using OsmAnd+.
